Shipping and warranty

Production

Production starts once payment is confirmed and takes 10 to 12 business days.

Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated according to the destination city and confirmed with you before dispatch. We ship to the main cities of Colombia.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address registered at checkout. Check the piece upon receipt; if you notice any transport damage, report it immediately.

Warranty

All pieces carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. To claim it, write to hola@pragmatical.com.co with your order number and photographs of the defect. We repair or replace the piece, as the case may be.

What the warranty does not cover

• Natural wear from use.
• Impacts, scratches or damage from misuse.
• Permanent exposure to the elements.
• Modifications or repairs made by third parties.
