Terms and conditions

These terms govern the purchase of Ratio pieces through this site. Ratio is a brand of Pragmatical SAS, a Colombian company domiciled in Bogotá D.C.

The owner

This site and the Ratio brand are operated by Pragmatical SAS, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. You can write to us at hola@pragmatical.com.co or call us at +57 321 811 7793.

The pieces

Each Ratio piece is produced to order. Production starts once payment is confirmed and takes 10 to 12 business days. Colors refer to Pantone swatches; slight variations may occur due to the material and the process.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Colombian pesos and include VAT. Payment is made in full for the pieces through Wompi. Shipping is not included: it is calculated according to the destination city and confirmed with you before dispatch.

Delivery

The order is delivered to the address registered at checkout. Transit times depend on the destination city and are added to the production time.

Withdrawal and returns

Pieces are produced to order, according to the model and color you choose. As these are goods made to the consumer's specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011).

Warranty

All pieces carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece shows a defect, write to hola@pragmatical.com.co with your order number and photographs. We repair or replace the piece, as the case may be.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, in particular the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
